ORDINANCE NO D 1 ~~O
AN ORDINANCE VACATING ABANDONING CLOSING AND
EXTINGUISHING THE 10 FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT
EXTENDING FROM THE IJORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF
SPOONWOOD LANE TO THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF LOTS
14 AND 15 BLOCK 6`5 SUMMERFIELDS ADDITION PHASE
I AND COLLINEAR WITH THE COMMON PROPERTY LINE OF
LOTS 14 AND 15 EXTENDING 5 FEET ON EITHER SIDE
OF THE COMMON PROPERTY LINE OF LOTS 14 AND 15
PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTTVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS
SECTION 1
That the ten foot wide utility easement extending from
the north right-of-way line of Spoonwood Lane to the north property
line of Lots 14 and 15 Block 65 Summerfields Addition Phase I and
collinear with the common property line of Lots 14 and 15 extending
five feet on either side of the common property line of Lots 14 and
15 be and the same is vacated abandoned permanently closed and
extinguished as an easement for utility purposes
SECTION 2
That the fee to the land in the above described vacated
utility easement is hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent
owner as provided by law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed
SEt:T ION 4
That this ordinance hall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its passage and it
is so ordained

Mr Bill Wesson owner of all abutting property has requested that the City
vacate a 10' wide utility easement from Spoonwood Lane north 121 37' to the
north property line and collinear with the common property line of Lots 14 and
'15 Block 65 Summerfields Addition Phase I as shown on the attached map
The subject utility easement acqu:irEd by dedication contains no utility facili-I
ties and is not in use
Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have raised no objec-
tions to this request
Recommendation
It is recommended than an ordinance be adopted vacating the subject utility
easement
