THE COMPLETE_ ORDINANCE IN APPROPRIATE ORDINANCE RECORDS OF SAID CITY9 ANTS PROVIDING A13 EFFECTIVE DATE YaHERFAS, the City of Fort Worth, Texasg has heretofore .ulithic ComnanY a for the making improvements on the hereinafter descrilsed portions of .n said Citir~ to®~ait entered into a contract a,nd construction of streets a a~renues and YEAGER STREET From East Lancaster Avenue to Meadowbrook Drive, known and designated as Project No 104-22000-1'55, a seven- inch thick hot-mix asphaltic concrete pavement on a six-inch thick lime stabilized subgrade with seven- inch high concrete curb and eighteen-inch wide concrete ~` gutter, and by widening the roadway from thirty feet to thirty-six feet Six-inch thick concrete driveways ands five-foot wide concrete sidewalk will be constructed where specified ~.
