FIRST AMENDMENT TO OIL AND GAS LEASE
This First Amendment to Oil and Gas Lease (this "First Amendment") is entered into by and
between CITY OF FORT WORTH, a home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, whose
address is 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102 ("Lessor"), and CHESAPEAKE
EXPLORATION, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, whose address is P.O. Box 18496,
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73154 (the "Lessee"), to be effective for all purposes as of the 11"' day of
May, 2011 (the "Effective Date").
WHEREAS, reference is hereby made to that certain Oil and Gas Lease, dated effective the 11th
day of May, 2011, by and between Lessee and Lessor covering 6.58 gross acres more or less in Tarrant
County, Texas, a Memorandum of which lease is recorded as Instrument Number D2 1 1 142824 in the
Official Public Records of Tarrant County, Texas (the"Lease");
WHEREAS, Lessor and the Lessee hereby desire to execute this First Amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, Lessor and the Lessee, for good and valuable consideration,the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, and the covenants and agreements stated
herein, hereby amend the terms of the Lease as set forth below:
The entirety of the Exhibit A of the Lease is removed and replaced by the following new Exhibit
consisting of two tracts and containing 12.337 acres,more or less: _

Being a parcel of land out of the G.Herrera Survey, Abstract No. 2027 in the City of Fort Worth,
Tarrant County,Texas, and being a portion of a tract of land conveyed to Lincolnshire Development
Limited Partnership, as recorded in Volume 7602, Page 551, of the Deed records, Tarrant County, Texas,
and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lo 40R,Block 13,Lincolnshire Addition,Phase I as recorded
in Volume 388-180,Page 30, Deed records,Tarrant County, Texas, said point being on the south right-of-
way line of East View Street;
THENCE North 62 deg 06 min 23 sec East along the south line of Eastview Street 35.00 feet to the
beginning of a curve to the right;
THENCE along said curve with a radius of 910.00 feet, length 279.78 feet, and a central angle of 17 deg
36 min 56 sec, to the eastern extent of the dedicated right-of-way of Eastview Street;

THENCE North 10 deg 16 min 41 sec West along the eastern extent of the Eastview Street right-of-way a
distance of 30.00 feet to the beginning of a non-tangent curve to the right;
THENCE along said curve with a radius of 940.00 feet, length 168.05 feet, central angle of 10 deg 14 min
35 sec whose center bears South 10 deg 16 min 41 sec East;
THENCE North 89 deg 57 min 55 sec East a distance of 91.35 feet to a point;
THENCE South 00 deg 02 min 05 sec East, a distance of 594.84 feet to a point;
THENCE South 89 deg 57 min 55 sec West a distance of 185.00 feet to the east line of a City of Fort
Worth Park as dedicated in Block 14, Lincolnshire Addition, Phase I as recorded in Volume 388-171,
Page 77, Deed records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 00 deg 02 min 05 sec West along the east line of said park 80.00 feet to a point;
THENCE South 89 deg 57 min 55 sec West along the north line of said park 185.00 feet to a point;
THENCE North 60 deg 29 min 22 sec West continuing along the north line of said park 119.18 feet to the
southeast corner of Lot 35, Block 13, Lincolnshire Addition, Phase I as recorded in Volume 388-171,
Page 77, Deed records,Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 12 deg 39 min 26 sec East a distance of 80.37 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 35;
THENCE North 04 deg 50 min 56 sec West a distance of 62.92 feet to the southeast corner of lot 37R,
Block 13, Lincolnshire Addition, Phase IA, as recorded in Volume 388-180,Page 30, Deed records,
Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE North 27 deg 53 min 37 sec West a distance of 184.53 feet,returning to the POINT OF
BEGINNING, and containing 5.757 acres.

Being 6.58 acres of land, more or less, out of the H. Gonefacio Survey, A-2027, Block 14, Lincolnshire
Addition,an Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388-171,
Pages 77-78 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas and being more fully described in that certain
deed from Lincolnshire Developments Ltd. Partnership to the City of Fort Worth on April 3, 1990,
Volume 9914,Page 1477.
