ORDINANCE NO gO 5
AN ORDINANCE VACATING PERMAN~'NTLY ABANDONING
EXTINGUISHING AND CLOSING A 1.0 FOOT WIDE SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENT AND A 20' X 60` UTILITY AND
DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN BLOCK 6-R ORIGINAL TOWN
OF FORT WORTH ADDITION PROVIDING FOR THE REVER-
SION OF FEE IN SAID LAND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS
SECTION 1
That the LO foot wide sanitary sewer easement in Block 6-R
Original Town of Fort Worth Addition an addition to the City of
Fort Worth Texas recorded in Volume 388-110 Page 97 Tarrant
County Plat Records more particularly described as follows
COMMENCING at the north corner of said
Block 6-R
THENCE S 60° W along the northwest line
of said Block 6-R 100 feet more or less
to the POINT OF BEGINNING of Tract Number
1 and the beginning of the following
described center line of a 10 0 foot wide
Sanitary Sewer easement
THENCE S 30° E, leaving said northwest
line and along said center line 244 feet
more or less
THENCE N 67° 45' E continuing along said
center line 100 9 feet more or less to the
end of said center line and the end of Tract
Number 1 and containing 0 08 acres of land
more or less
and the 20 x 60 foot utility and drainage easement in Block 6-R
Original Town of Fort Worth Addition an addition to the City of
Fort Worth Texas recorded in Volume 388-110 Page 97 Tarrant
County Plat Records more particularly described as follows
COMMENCING at the north corner of the afore-
mentioned Block 6-R
THENCE S 30° E along the northeast line of said
Block 6-R 220 feet more or less to the POINT
OF BEGINNING of Tract Number 2 and the POINT OF
BEGINNING of a 20 0 x 60 0 foot Drainage and
Utility Easement
THENCE S 30° E continuing along said northeast
line 60 feet

line 20 feet
THENCE N 30° W 60 feet,
THENCE N 60° E 20 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING and containing 0 03 acres of land
more or less
be and the same are vacated permanently abandoned extinguished
and closed as easements for sanitary sewer and utility and drainage
purposes
SECTION 2
That the fee in said lands is released and shall revert to
the adjacent owner as provided by law
SECTION 3
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed
SECTTON 4
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its passage and it is
so ordained

Bass Brothers Development Company and 200 Houston Street Associates Joint Venture
owners of all abutting property have requested that the City vacate a 10' wide
sanitary sewer easement and a 20' x 60' utility and drainage easement in Block
6-R Fort Worth Original Town Addition as shown on the attached map and more
fully described in the attached metes and bounds description
The subject easements acquired by dedication are not in use and contain no
public utility facilities
Reviewing City departments and private utility companies have offered no objec-
tions to this request and recommend that the subject easements be vacated
Recommendation
It is recommended that an ordinance be adopted vacating the subject easements
