FOR THE CONSTRUCTION 0~' SAID IMPROVEMENTS FULLY COMPLETED AND PERFORMED9 DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE s EXECUTION A1vD DELIi1ERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED AFTER GIVING EFFECT TO SUNDRY CREDITS HEREIN AUTHORIZED AND ALLOiJE~ AGAINST SOME OF SAID ASSESSMENTS DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO ENGROSS AND ENROLL THIS ORDINANCE BY COPYING THE CAPTION OF SAME IN THE MINU~.°E BOOK OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF FORT ieTORTHn TEXASa AND BY FILING THE COMPLETE-.ORDINANCE IN APPROPRIATE ORDINANCE RECORDS OF SAID CITYg AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE IDATE Y~REASa the City of Fort Glorths Texase has heretofore entered into a contract with Rrnem r. Rlaknr~~ Tnr~_ s for the maleing brad construction of certain street improvements on the hereinafter described portions of streetsa avenues and public places in said Citj'9 to®{it UNIT lA ANGLE AVENUE UNIT 1B MARINE CREEK PARKWAY ~,. From Prairie Avenue to Marine Creek Parkway, known and designated as Project No 104-23000-148 Unit lA, a seven- inch thick reinforced concrete pavement on a six-inch thick lime stabilized subgrade with seven-inch high superimposed concrete curb on two twenty-six foot traffic lanes with a forty-eight foot median Six-inch think concrete driveways will be constructed where specified From Angle Avenue to IH820 S Service Road, known and de- signated as Project No 104-23000=148, Unit 1B, a seven- inch thick reinforced concrete pavement on a six-inch thick lime stabilized subgrade with seven-inch high superimposed concrete curb on two twenty-six foot traffic lanes with a forty-eight foot median Zr- ti~~HEREAS, by sundry proceedings heretofore passed by the City Council of the City of Fort YJorth, Texas, including Ordinance No ~~, a portion of the cost of said improvements was levied and assessed against the respective properties abutting on each of the above described portions of streets, avenues and public places and against the real and true owners thereof; and, a~HEIi.EAS, the City Council of the Lity of Fort ~~orth, Texas, has, upon review, found and determined that, in some instances, in order to effect substantial justice and equality, it is desirable and necessary to grant and issue certain credits against some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No 7701 , and YdHEfil:A:i, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described, and have been inspected and found to be in complete accordance with the contract therefor; NULu, Tti'E1H:FURE, BE IN ORDAINED i3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI`PY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, THAT I The improvemenfi-s on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described be, and they are hereby, accepted;
