MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

BE IT REMEMBERED that on the !�g day of ih , 2013, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and between the OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 1000 Throckmorton Street, Fort
Worth, Texas 76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and CHESAPEAKE EXPLORATION,
LLC, P.O. Box 18496, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73154, hereinafter called ("LESSEE"), where
LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to LESSEE for the purpose of exploring for,
developing, producing and marketing oil and gas, together with any liquid or gaseous substances
produced in association therewith, from the following described land situated in Tarrant County,
Texas, to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LESSEE at its
address indicated above.

0.168 acres of land,being parts of the J. Ringer Survey, Abstract 1286,Tarrant County,Texas.
Tract 1: Being a tract of land located in the J. Ringer Survey, Abstract No. 1286, Tarrant County,Texas,
being the tract of land described in the deed to the City of Fort Worth, recorded in Volume 4150, Page
335, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas. Said City of Fort Worth tract being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at an 1/2" iron rod found at the southwest corner of said City of Fort Worth tract,
said iron rod found lying in the west line of Lot 1, Block 6, Avalon Heights, an addition to the
City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas according to the plat recorded in Volume 309, Page
77, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE N17007'22"W, along said west line, a distance of 8.98 feet to a point at the northwest
corner of said City of Fort Worth tract, said point being the northwest corner of said Lot 1;
THENCE N79005'05"E, along the common north line of said City of Fort Worth tract and Lot 1,
a distance of 49.56 feet to a point;
THENCE easterly continuing along said common line, 66.57 feet along a non-tangent curve to
the right, having a radius of 95.00 feet, a central angle of 40009'06" and a chord bearing
S69047'50"E, 65.22 feet to a point;
THENCE N87034'00"W, a distance of 107.33 feet to the point of beginning, and that portion of
any road and/or alleys adjoining said tract and is deemed to contain 0.089 acres of land.
Tract 2: Being a tract of land located in the J. Ringer Survey, Abstract No. 1286, Tarrant County,Texas,
being the tract of land described in the deed to the City of Fort Worth, recorded in Volume 4150, Page
377, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas. Said City of Fort Worth tract being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point located at the southwest corner of said City of Fort Worth tract, from
which the southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 5, Avalon Heights, an addition to the City of Fort
Worth, Tarrant County, Texas according to the plat recorded in Volume 309, Page 77, Plat
Records, Tarrant County, Texas bears S26°12'20"E 102.03 feet, said point being the beginning of
a curve to the right, of which the radius point lies N84030'22"E, a radial distance of 32.00 feet;
THENCE northeasterly along the arc, through a central angle of 107002'08", a distance of 59.78
feet to a point;
THENCE S78027'30"E, a distance of 26.00 feet to a point;
THENCE easterly, 50.02 feet, along a curve to the right, having a radius of 154.00 feet, a central
angle of 18°36'36" and a chord bearing S69009'12"E 49.80feet to a point;
THENCE S59050'54"E, a distance of 14.75 feet to a point;
THENCE southeasterly, 17.68 feet, along a curve to the right, having a radius of 137.76 feet, a
central angle of 07°21'12" and a chord bearing S56°10'18"E 17.67 feet to a point, from which a
5/8"iron rod found at the southeast corner of said Lot 1 bears S48°52'38"E 35.02 feet;
THENCE N87036'28"W, a distance of 137.82 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.079
acres of land.
