TxDOT CSJ 902-48-791 Phase I
City Secretary Contract No.47687
Dear Mr. McElhany:
This letter represents our request for supplemental authorization to provide the following services for
the referenced project.
This project involves documentation of construction activities in accordance with the LGPP Best
Practices Manual as required by TxDOT and FHWA for the CSJ 902 48 791-Phase I (S. Hills, River Park,
Meadowbrook) project only.
Our original$30,000 contract was based on the duration of the construction contract(250 calendar
days). Because the contract time was extended one month (31 days),we estimate that it will require an
additional $13,830 to complete the coordination for the project.
We hereby request supplemental authorization to our contract in the amount of$13,830 which would
bring our total authorization to$43,830.
FEE COMPENSATION
Original Contract $30,000
Amendment#1 $13,830
Total $43,830
