M&C L-15996 - Authorize Acquisition of a Fee Simple Interest for Right-of-Way in 0.169 Acres from McKneely Properties, LTD for the Live Oak Connector Project from East 4th Street to Weatherford Street in the Amount of$44,274.00 and Pay Estimated Closing Costs in Council Date: 1/31/2017 the Amount Up to $600.00 for a Total Cost of$44,870.00 (Grant Capital Federal Projects) (COUNCIL DISTRICT 8) D. M&C PZ-3126 - Adopt Ordinance Vacating a Portion of Apparent Prescriptive Right-of-Way for Old Denton Road to be Replatted with the Adjoining Property for Four Residential Lots and One Private Open Space Lot Within the Valley Ridge Subdivision (COUNCIL DISTRICT 7) E. Award of Contract - Consent Items 1. M&C C-28092 - Authorize Execution of an Engineering Services Agreement with Peloton Land Solutions, Inc., in an Amount Not to Exceed $700,000.00 for the Design of North Riverside Drive from Shiver Road to North Tarrant Parkway (COUNCIL DISTRICT 4) 2. ADJOURNMENT According to the City Council Rules of Procedures, individual citizen presentations shall be limited to Council Date: 1/31/2017 three minutes, and group presentations shall be limited to ten minutes. At the Mayor's discretion, time limits may be reasonably extended. Fort Worth Council Chamber, is wheelchair accessible.
