2. M&C P-11998 - Authorize Execution of a Professional Services Contract with
MasterWord Services, Inc., in a Combined Amount Up to
$400,000.00 Per Year to Provide Translation Services in

According to the City Council Rules of Procedures, individual citizen presentations shall be limited to
three minutes, and group presentations shall be limited to ten minutes. At the Mayor's discretion, time
limits may be reasonably extended.
