Awareness Portal. Media Pro's online platform used to configure and deliver the Subscription Services. Customer will have access to all Awareness Portal software enhancements and updates during the Subscription Term. Customer shall receive,at its option,an Awareness Portal briefing and walk-through within thirty(30)days of the Sales Order Effective Date. 1.2. Subscription Services.MediaPro's various online subscription service offerings defined herein,and,if applicable,certain managed services and/or professional services used to support a subscription(each a"Subscription Service"and collectively referred to as "Subscription Services").Customer will have access to all Subscription Services content and software enhancements and updates during the Subscription Term. 1.3. Subscription Term.The term of each Subscription Services which shall commence as of the Sales Order Effective Date and shall continue for the defined period of years and/or months. 1.4. Number of Authorized Users.The number of users defined by the Customer for each Subscription Service,on an annual basis,for the Subscription Term and effective the Sales Order Effective Date. 1.5. Subscription Service Fee.The fee(exclusive of state sales tax,if applicable)for each Subscription Service, 1.6. Subscription Service Overage Fee.If the actual Authorized Users for a Subscription Service,during any successive one-year period of the Subscription Term,exceeds the Number of Authorized Users stated herein,Customer agrees to remit this additional fee for each Authorized User that exceeds the respective Number of Authorized Users stated for this service on an annual basis. ® D B ASST-BASIC:Knowledge Assessment Subscription Service.The Knowledge Assessment Subscription Service shall include the following items,delivered via the Awareness Portal,for the Subscription Term: ® MedlaPro shall provide one(1)planning session and shall assemble up to 20 questions for one single survey. ® Questions shall be drawn from MediaPro's question bank,but can be customized with four(4)hours of professional services included with this service. ® The assessment may include demographic data and/or participation incentives at Customer request. ® A single survey,with an analysis report,delivered twice during the Subscription Term. ® Single Assessment for year 1 CWARE-LOCS:Courseware Subscription Service Pre-Localized Languages. The following content-only(non-audio) language translations will be delivered for the Security Courseware Subscription Services,for the Subscription Term. ® Spanish LIBRARY-APL:Courseware Subscription Service.The Courseware Subscription Service shall include the following items, delivered via the Awareness Portal,for the Subscription Term: ® Access to MedlaPro's Adaptive Privacy Library. ® The ability to configure,brand,and use unlimited courses. ® The configuration of a resources page for unlimited courses. ® Access to MediaPro's full Reinforcement Subscription Service offering. ® The ability to configure,brand,and use unlimited reinforcement resources. e Access to MediaPro's Awareness Planning Templates. LIBRARY-ASL:Courseware Subscription Service.The Courseware Subscription Service shall include the following items, delivered via the Awareness Portal,for the Subscription Term: ® Access to MediaPro's Adaptive Security Library. ® The ability to configure,brand,and use unlimited courses. a The configuration of a resources page for unlimited courses. a Access to MediaPro's full Reinforcement Subscription Service offering. LMS-SAAS:LMS Subscription Service. The LMS Subscription Service shall include the following items,delivered via the Awareness Portal,for the Subscription Term: • Set-up and configuration/branding of the LMS. • Load of initial Authorized Users and assignment of initial courses via a.CSV file. • Unlimited reporting and.CSV data downloads. • Unlimited student uploads and modifications. Customer will self-administer the LMS Subscription Service,including:site reporting and responding to Customer's end- user questions unless additional Professional Services are defined within a Sales Order. Phishing Subscription Service.A single phishing message,associated with one or more Authorized User groups,is considered a"Campaign."The Phishing Subscription Service shall include the following items,delivered via the Awareness Portal,for the Subscription Term: PHISH-SAAS:Self-Service Option.The Campaigns shall be set-up and run by the Customer.MediaPro shall assist in the execution of the first Campaign.This service shall include: MediaPro shall provide one(1)planning session. • The ability for the Customerto run unlimited phishing Campaigns. • MediaPro shall set-up and assist the Customer in running the first Campaign. • Access to post-Campaign reports that include:Campaign results and metrics. • Unlimited upload/download of Customer Data via a.CSV file. • Customer will respond to Customer's Authorized User questions regarding the phishing services. • Phishing courseware and reinforcement animations to support user education. 2.1. Invoicing and Payment Terms Update.MediaPro may invoice the fees stated above in the Subscription Services—Investment Summary section within seven(7)days of approval of this Sales Order. Subscription Renewal Term Update. MediaPro agrees Lo remove,and make null and void,the automatic Subscription Service renewal clause in Section 5.2"Subscription Term and Renewal"of the Agreement. The Subscription Service shall not renew unless expressly requested by the Customer through a separate Sales Order. 23. Statistical Information Update.MediaPro agrees to remove,and make null and void,Section 3.4"Statistical Information"of the Agreement. MediaPro agrees that it will not monitor the Customer's use of the Subscription Services nor will it compile anonymous summaries of Customer Data to derive statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Subscription Services.
