These items include design of an alternate plan for lighting the ballfields. The current filed design utilizes a variety of pole heights and fixture placement to optimize field lighting and play conditions. The alternate plan will utilize only 60 foot poles. This design will likely require more poles and fixtures to achieve comparable results. I have attached the proposal from our electrical consultant, Summit Consultants. There efforts will be coordinated with MUSCO,the lighting manufacturer, with MUSCO providing primary information related to pole location and loading. Proposed fees are as follows: • Summit Consultants electrical design per attached proposal .................... $ 7,800.00 • Coordination and management by TLA...................................................... $ 936.00 Total Proposed Additional Cost ............................. $ 8.736.00 If this proposal meets with your approval, please initiate preparation of a contract agreement at your convenience. Please call if you have any questions concerning any of the items herein or specifically omitted. Sincerely, The Landscape Alliance Gary P. Kutilek, RLA 951 W.
