Adopt the attached resolution fixing in advance as far as practicable the aggregate amount to be paid to Wayne Olson in an amount not to exceed $1000 00 DISCUSSION The Board of Adjustment has received a request to render an interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance as a result of an appeal of the Development Department's determination that 'drives and fire lanes serving an industrial development are an allowed use in single family zoning Because of the importance of the issue and to avoid a perception of a conflict of interest, it is the opinion of the City Attorney that outside legal counsel with knowledge and expertise in matters involving municipal law be retained to advise the Board of Adjustment.
