HomeMy WebLinkAboutContract 31819 AMENDMENT NO. 3 STATE OF TEXAS § CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.LLIq (No-N nFe'" :49 R CIV C COUNTY OF TARRANT § WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth, a municipal corporation situated in Tarrant County, Texas hereinafter called "City" and Camp Dresser & McKee Inc., here after called "Engineer" made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 24832, (the Contract) which was authorized by the City Council by M&C C-17322 on the 160' day of March, 1999; amended by City Secretary Contract No. 26776 (Amendment No. 1) which was authorized by the City Council by M&C C-18275 on the 10th day of October, 2000; and amended by City Secretary Contract No. 29212 (Amendment No. 2) which was authorized by the City Council M&C C-19805 on the 7th day of October, 2003, WHEREAS, the Contract involves engineering services for the following project: Engineering Contract for the Cantrell-Sansom Pump Station and associated pipelines and the Northside Ground Storage Reservoir, Project Number PW-77-060770160160 WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 3 to said Contract to include an increased scope of work and revised maximum fee; NOW THEREFORE, City and Engineer, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement,which amends the Contract: 1. Article I, of the Contract is amended to include the additional engineering services listed below and specified in documentation dated April 7, 2005, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein. Add the following Item number 6.0 to Attachment "A-1" Supplemental Scope of Services. Additional Construction Phase Services The Engineer will provide additional construction services including additional shop drawing review, functional demonstration testing, landscape and irrigation plan for Northside II Pump Station. The Cost to the City for the listed additional services to be performed by the Engineer totals $20,090.00 2. Article H of the Contract is amended to provide for an increase in the ax u e ©4 baq C paid to the Engineer for all work done and services performed under the Co , so that the total fee paid by the City for all work and services shall not ex eet •$'• 1,061,720.08 1Y. ; ��� 3. All other provisions of the Contract, which are expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
