We will do the following: • Obtain from you a job specification for the position (this will serve as the basis for our evaluation) and verbally discuss the position requirements via telephone. • Refer individuals with superior qualifications to supplement your recruitment efforts, relying exclusively on our own experience, contacts and file data. • Obtain and review copies of the resumes and other information which the leading candidates (no more than five) have provided to you, • Advise the leading candidates about our role in the process and obtain their written authorization to proceed with the background checks.
