BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C I2Y OF TTT FORT WORTH: SECTION I. That a public necessity exists and public purposes require that conduit and water lines be constructed, maintained and repaired and that the Oity of Fort North, its servants, agents and employees and contractors and subcontractors shall have the right of ingress and egress over, through, along and under the following described property: "FIRST TRACT: Situated just west of Fort 'forth in Tarrant County, Texas and embracing a stri? o land fifty feet wide which shall extend ten fee wide on the left or southerly side, and forty feet wide on the right of northerly side of the following described line:- Commence at the southeast corner of the J. W. Conner Survey, and run north along the east line thereof 2221 feet and west 25 feet to station 60 plus 47 of tie line for the conduit as located by the City Fngineers, for the beginning point of the line described. Thence along said located line, north 64 degrees 55 minutes west 1529 feet to station 75 plus 76, the be- g ing of a curve to the right with a radits of 1432- 69T00 feet • and thence along said curve to the right, at station �6 plus 90-1f 2- th-i south line of the White Settlement road at the north line of the Bailey propert . SECTION II* That the City Attorney of the City of Fort Worth is hereby authorized ind directed to institute proper proceedings in a court of competeht jurisdiction agAinst W. J. Bailey, the Qreenwood Cemetery Association, a private corporation and the Greenwood Floral Company, a private corporation and all pgr-sons, corporation, partnershipssand association of persons owming or claiming any right, title or interest in and to the premises above described or in property situated thereon, real or personal and to condemn said property for the purposes afore- said in order that the said City of Fort North, its servants, agents and employees and contractors and subcontractors shall have the right of ingress and egress, over,through, along, and under said premises for the purpose of conbtructing, mai.ntainin and repairing c oadui t and mer lines with all necessary pipes, valves, manholes, valvevaults, blow-offs, cross-connections, air-valves, tunnels, additions, extensions and all other app ptartenances.
