M&C P-12028 - Authorize Purchase of Seven Pieces of Earth-Moving Equipment from Holt Texas LTD d/b/a Holt Cat, LLC, in the Amount of $396,121.00, Using a Cooperative Contract for Various Departments Through the Property Management Department (ALL COUNCIL DISTRICTS) 3. M&C P-12029 - Authorize Purchase Agreement with Holt Texas LTD d/b/a Holt Cat, for Original Equipment Manufacturer Caterpillar Heavy Equipment Parts and Repairs in an Amount Up to $400,000.00 Annually, Using a Cooperative Contract for the Property Management Department (ALL COUNCIL DISTRICTS) 4. M&C C-28191 - Adopt Ordinance Amending Chapter 22" Motor Vehicles and Traffic," Article III "Operation of Vehicles," Section 22-86 "Speeding," Subsections (h) and (i) of the Code of the City of Fort Worth, Texas (2015), as Amended, to Change the Locations, Extent and Speed Limits of Certain Speed Zones (ALL COUNCIL DISTRICTS) 6. M&C C-28192 - Adopt Appropriation Ordinance in the Amount of $94,860.00 for Increased Project Management and Material Testing Costs on Southeast Water Main Extensions Project (COUNCIL DISTRICT 5) 7. M&C C-28193 - Authorize Execution of Amendment No. 2 to City Secretary Contract No. 38536, an Engineering Agreement with Alan Plummer Associates, Inc., in the Amount of $408,795.00, for Sanitary Sewer Main 257 Upper and Middle Village Creek Council Date: 4/18/2017 Parallel Relief Main, Part 2 and Provide for Property Acquisition and Project Management Costs for a Revised Contract Amount of $1,377,885.00, and Adopt Appropriation Ordinance (COUNCIL DISTRICT 8) 8.
