United States Air Force is the city of Fort Borth, Taxed and
WNEREAS, for the past several months, the 7th Sombardmant
Wing has been stationed in doss sod has been active in the conflict
in Viet Iles; and
WHEREAS, the City of tort Worth is proud of the part the 7th
Sosbmrdasat Wing bas base playing to guard our beloved country's
liberty and fresdam; and
WHEREAS, the 7th Bombardment Wing is now returning to its
home station of Carse 11 Air Force Baas in Fort Worth; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE 17 RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH.
TEXAS:
That, on behalf of the citisems of the City of Fort Worth,
grateful sekawledgment be monde and sincere appreciation be expressed
to the officers and airmen of the 7th Bonbsrdmeat Wing for their out-
standing service in the Viet Nam conflict in the protection of liberty
and fre*don.
BE IT FURTER RESOLVED, that the City Secretary spread this
resolution upon the ainutss of the City Council and furnish a copy
thereof to the 7th Bonbardmsnt Wing stationed at Carswell Air Fora*
Bees.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed my now officially
and caused the asl of said City of Fort Worth to be sffimd this
29th day of November, 1965.
