HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 54 p 0 � � xa � or� uz �toF_v ��3 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF PAVING ASSESSMENT CERTIPICATES BY THE MAYOR WITH A FACSIMILE SIGNATURE IN LIEU OF HIS MANUAL SIGNA- TURE. WHEREAS, by amendment of Article 717j-1, the 60th Legislature in regular session on May 25, 1967, authorized public bodies to permit the execution, authentication, certification or endorsement of paving assessment certifi- cates by the use of facsimile signatures in lieu of manual signaturesr and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth deems it necessary and finds that the efficient and orderly administration of the paving assessment programs of the City of Port worth require that the Mayor be authorized to execute or cause to be executed, authenticated, certified or endorsed paving assessment certificates of the City of Port Worth with a facsimile signaturer NOW, THEREFORE, BE XT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: That the facsimile signature of the Mayor of the City of Fort worth may be employed for the purpose of executing, authenticating, certifying, endorsing or causing to be executed, authenticated, certified or endorsed on all paving assessment certificates issued by the City of Fort Forth in lieu of the Mayor's manual signature„ APPRO�&W AS TO FORM AND LEGALITYt S.
