R E S O L U T I O N
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF TITLE I AMENDATORY APPLICATION
FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT GRANT IN CONNECTION WITH CODE ENFORCEMENT
PROGRAM TEX-E-11
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth has heretofore entered into a contract
with the United States of America, acting through the Department of Housing
and Urban Development, being Contract No. TEX-E-11(G), effective April 29,
1970, under which the government has agreed to make a grant to the City not
to exceed $2,177,156.00 or 2/3 of the actual costa of the Code Enforcement
Program authorized thereunder, whichever is less, and a L00% reimbursable
relocation grant not to exceed $66,500.00 and a 100% reimbursable rehabili-
tation grant not to exceed $473,200.00, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to apply for an increase in authorized
rehabilitation grants from the government: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS:
That the Neighborhood Improvemetlo&ordinator is hereby authorized to
file an amendatory application for Code Enforcement Program Rehabilitation
Grant with the Department of Housing and Urban Development in an amount
not to exceed $87,500.00.
