A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBE
CITY HALL IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON October 9 1972 AT 9:30 A. M
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMCNTS Ta ORDINANCE N0, 3011,
WHICH IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CON-
TINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPOR-
TUNITY TO BE HEARD,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS.
That at 9:30 o'clock A. M., the 9th day of October, 1972, the City
Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will
hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at the City Hall for the purpose of con-
sidering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Plan
Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not
said Ordinance should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following
areas shall be changed as hereinafter specified.

tinuing North to a point for corner in the south right-of-way line of Randol

Thence West, along and with the south right-of-way line of Randol Mill Road
to a point for corner at its intersection with a line parallel to and 100
feet west of the east line of the W. J. White Survey, produced northerly.
Thence Northerly along and with a line parallel to and 100 feet west of the
east line of the W. F. White Survey produced northerly, to a point for corner
at its intersection with the middle of the Trinity River.
Thence Westerly along and with the middle of the Trinity River, with its
meanders, to a point for corner at its intersection with the west line of the
J. Brockman Survey.
Thence Southerly along and with the west line of the J. Brockman Survey to a
point for corner 500 feet north from the south right-of-way line of Randol
Mill Road.
Thence Southwesterly along and with a line 500 feet northwesterly from the
southeasterly right-of-way line of Randol Mill Road to a point for corner at
its intersection with the north line of the J. Blackwell Survey produced east.

a point for corner in the middle of the Trinity River.
Thence up the middle of the Trinity River, with its meanders, to a point for
corner which is 300 feet north of the north line of the W. T. Edwards Survey

line of the W. T. Edwards Survey produced west to a point in the east line of
a tract of land owned by the City of Fort Worth upon which is situated the

Thence North 1 ,320 feet (one-quarter mile) to a point for corner.
Thence East approximately 2,400 feet to a point for corner in the center line
of Big Fossil Creek.
Thence Northeasterly along and with the center line of Big Fossil Creek, with
its meanders, to a point for corner at its intersection with the south line of

That the proposed amendments and changes and this hearing will be held in accordance
with the provisions of Article 1011A--1011K of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution when signed by the Mayor and published in
the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of general circula-
tion, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice of hearing, which publication shall be
,. made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are
urgently requested to be in the Council Chamber at the City Hall at the time herein-
above set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this
hearing may continue from day to day until every interested party and citizen has had
a full opportunity to be heard.
