Invoice area Pay,-nent (1) The Engineer shall provide the City sa.affacient documentation to reasonably substantiate the invoices. (2) The ENGINEER will issue monthly involcos for all work performed Under '.l,is AGREEMENT. Invoices are due and payable within 30 days of eceipt.
