CITY HALL IN THE CITY OF FORT 41ORTH, 'TEXAS, ON Mav 14, 1973, AT 9:30 A, I1
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING PROPOSED CHANGES Atli) AMFNDMENi-S TO ORDINANCE N0, 3011,
WHICH IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY
CON-TINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CIFIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPCR-
TUNITY TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS.
That at 9:30 o'clock A. M., the 14th day of May, 1973, the City
Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will
hold a public hearing in the Counc^1 Chamber at the City 1Ia11 for the purpose of con-
sidering changes and amendments to Ordinance No, 3011 , the Comprehensive Zoning Plan
Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hear-ng is to determine whether or not
said Ordinance should be amended so that the zoning classificat-!on of the following
areas shall be changed as hereinafter specified_
Z-73-36 Being a part of Lot 22, Burton Place Addition to the City of Fort Worth,
according to the plat recorded in Volume 388-C, Page 122, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas, being out of the Enoch Johnson and A. J. Knapp Surveys,
in Tarrant County, Texas, and more particularly a part of a certain 6.24 acre
tract in said Survey, as recorded in 1101LIm<e 3751 , page 427, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, lexas, and described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 22, same being the Southwest
corner of said 6.24 acre tract;

made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all ntev-ested parties are
urgently requested to be in the Council Chamber 3t the C=ty Ha'! at the t.me herein-
above set forth to make any protestor suggest. on that rnay oc-u, to them, and tills
nearing may continue from day to day until every interested pa-ty and citizen has had
a full opportunity to be heard.
