A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE }HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE CITY HALL IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON FEBRUARY 11," 1974, AT 9:30 A, M, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, WHICH IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CON- TINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPOR- TUNITY TO BE HEARD, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS. That at 9:30 o'clock A. M., the llth day of February, 1974, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at the City Hall for the purpose of con- sidering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter specified, Z-73-192 Lots 1 & 2, Block 29, Hyde Park Addition (2255 Evans Avenue) Requested from "E" Commercial to "F" Commercial Z-73-193 Lot 552, Block 21, Hyde Park Addition (1600 Evans Avenue) Requested from "E" Commercial to "F" Commercial Z-73-197 Lots 1 through 4, and Lots 25 through 28, Block 3, Linwood Addition (2900 White Settlement) Requested from "B" Two-Family & "E" Commercial to "I" Light Industrial Z-74-1 Lots 26 and 27, Block 18, Harlem Gardens Addition (3100 Block North Beach Street) Recommended from "B" Two-Family to "I" Light Industrial Z-74-3 Lot 6, Block 7, Nies and Rouse Addition (2716 Nies) Recommended from "B" Two-Family to "E" Commercial Z-74-4 Lots 1, 2, 3, 26, and 27, Block 6A, Oak View Addition (4700 Block Airport Freeway) Recommended from "E-R" Restricted Commercial to "F-R" Restricted Commercial Z-74-5 East 1/3 Lot 2, Block 1, Page East Side First Addition (Rear of 3812 East 1st Street) Recommended from "B" Two-Family to "J" Light Industrial Z-74-6 A tract of land in the L. G. Tinsley 640 acre survey in the City of Fort Worth in Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the South line of Lot 3 and the north line of Lot 4 in the partition of the Mortimer Elliston estate, said beginning point 161.3 varas West of the Southeast corner of said Lot 3, above referred to. THENCE South with the West line of a 3 acre tract sold to Mrs. Kennedy by W. C. Prewett 529.7 varas to center of Dry Branch, THENCE up Dry Branch N. 42-1/2 W. 84 varas to an iron pipe, THENCE North 467.8 varas to an iron pipe in the N. line of said Lot No. 4, THENCE East with the North line of said Lot No. 4 a distance of 57 varas to beginning, and containing 5 acres, more or less. ', M1 -2- All 2-All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and being twelve (12) acres of land out of the L. G. Tinsley Survey and described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe the Southeast corner of Lot 3 and the Northeast corner of Lot 4 in the partition of the Mortimer Elliston Estate; THENCE South 508 varas to Dry Branch; THENCE up Dry Branch South 60 degrees blest 65 varas; THENCE North 40 degrees West 35 degrees; THENCE South 42 degrees West 74 varas to a stake; THENCE North 586 1/2 varas to a stake in North line of said Lot 4; THENCE East 128.8 varas to the place of beginning, SAVE AND EXCEPT the North 300 feet of the herein described tract. All that certain parcel of land situated in Tarrant County, Texas, comprising two and one-half (2 1/2) acres of land in the L. G. Tinsley Survey in Tarrant County, Texas, and being a part of Lot Four (4) in the partition of the Mor- timer Elliston Estate, described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an iron fence post set in concrete which is 128.8 varas West and 86.8 varas South of the Northeast corner of the said lot Four (4), the Southeast corner of Lot Three (3); THENCE South with the West line of a 12 acre tract heretofore conveyed to H. C. Mullins and wife, Ovilla Mullins, 427.2 varas to the center of Drybranch, an iron pipe; ' THENCE up the center of Drybranch in a Southwesterly direction to an iron pipe, the Southeast corner of a five acre tract sold to F. M. Piercy; THENCE North with the East line of the said Piercy tract 442.2 varas to an • iron fence post set in concrete; THENCE East along said fence line 32.5 varas to the place of Beginning, containing two and one-half (2 1/2) acres of land.
