A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE
CITY HALL IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON MARCH 11, 1974, AT 9:30 A, M
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE N0, 3011,
WHICH IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CON-
TINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPOR-
TUNITY TO BE HEARD,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS.
That at 9:30 o'clock A. M., the 11th day of March, 1974, the City
Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will
hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at the City Hall for the purpose of con-
sidering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Plan
Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not
said Ordinance should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following
areas shall be changed as hereinafter specified

according to the plat recorded in Volume 388-44, page 29, Deed Records,
Tarrant County, Texas, said corner being in the East line of Jill Lane as

to a point for corner;

volume 1893, page 460 of the Tarrant County Deed Records.
Commence at an iron for the northeast corner of said Hancock tract and said
iron being the northeast corner of the 4-63/100 acres tract defined as the
Second Tract in the deed to E. P. Hall, et al, recorded in volume 1038, page
12 of said deed records, and said corner being, by deed call, in the north
line of said Sublett Survey and 50 feet from its northeast corner and then

Avenue) line, a distance of 143-9/10 feet to an iron in the north line of
the right of way conveyed to the Texas and Pacific Railway Company by the
deed recorded in volume B, page 66 of said deed records, and being 100 feet
northerly at right angle from the center of the north track for the south-
east corner of said Hancock tract.

That the proposed amendments and changes and this hearing will be held in accordance
with the provisions of Article 1011A--1011K of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution when signed by the Mayor and published in
the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of general circula-
tion, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice of hearing, which publication shall be
made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are
urgently requested to be in the Council Chamber at the City Hall at the time herein-
above set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this
hearing may continue from day to day until every interested party and citizen has had
a full opportunity to be heard.
