RES0LUTI0N A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE CITY HALL IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON MARCH 11, 1974, AT 9:30 A, M FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE N0, 3011, WHICH IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CON- TINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPOR- TUNITY TO BE HEARD, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS. That at 9:30 o'clock A. M., the 11th day of March, 1974, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at the City Hall for the purpose of con- sidering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter specified Z-74-14 Lot 1, Block 14, Country Club Heights (3728 West 7th Street) Requested from "C" Apartment to "E" Commercial Z-74-17 Lots 27 thru 36 and West 5 ft. of Lot 37, and 1/2 of adjacent closed alley, Block 34, Arlington Heights 1st Filing (4908-4924 Byers Avenue) Recommended from "C" Apartment to "E-R" Restricted Commercial Z-74-18 Part of Lots 11 and 12, and Lots 13 thru 16, Block 28, Factory Place Addition (3700 Block of Hopkins Street) Recommended from "B" Two-Family to "E-R" Restricted Commercial Z-74-21 Lots 1 thru 3, Block 3/11, J. Hancock by the deed recorded in volume 1893, page 460 of the Tarrant County Deed Records. Commence at an iron for the northeast corner of said Hancock tract and said iron being the northeast corner of the 4-63/100 acres tract defined as the Second Tract in the deed to E. P. Hall, et al, recorded in volume 1038, page 12 of said deed records, and said corner being, by deed call, in the north line of said Sublett Survey and 50 feet from its northeast corner and then run south, along the east line of said 4-63/100 acres tract and the west line of a 50 feet wide strip west of the east line of said survey dedicated to the public for street purposes by John R. Hall, et al, in volume 982, page 271 of said deed records, a distance of 180 feet to an iron for the easterly northeast corner of the tract being described. Thence continuing south, along said tract and street (now known as Ayers Avenue) line, a distance of 143-9/10 feet to an iron in the north line of the right of way conveyed to the Texas and Pacific Railway Company by the deed recorded in volume B, page 66 of said deed records, and being 100 feet northerly at right angle from the center of the north track for the south- east corner of said Hancock tract. Thence along said right of way line and being 100 feet from said track center: north 82 degrees-10 minutes west 100-5J10 feet to an iron; north 79 degrees- 44 minutes west 100 feet to an iron; north 77 degrees-33 minutes west 100 feet to an iron; north 75 degrees-13 minutes west 100 feet to an iron; north 72 degrees-59 minutes west 100 feet to an iron; north 70 degrees-51 minutes west 100 feet to an iron; north 68 degrees-27 minutes west 100 feet to an iron; north 66 degrees-17 minutes west 100 feet to an iron; north 64 degrees-05 minutes west 100 feet to an iron; north 62 degrees-15 minutes west 100 feet to an iron; and north 60 degrees-44 minutes west 89-5/10 feet to an iron for the northwest corner of said 4-63/100 acres tract. Thence south 88 degrees-26 minutes east, along the north line of said tract, 844 feet to an iron. Thence south 180 feet to an iron. Thence N 0° 10' W 1370.23 feet to a point in the south line of Lot 2, K-Mart Addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas; Thence west with said south line of said Lot 2 a distance of 100.00 feet to a point; Thence S 0' 10' E 1370.32 feet to a point in the south line of the afore- mentioned Riley tract; Thence N 89° 57' E with said north line of said Riley tracts a distance of 100.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing 3.146 acres of land. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution when signed by the Mayor and published in the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of general circula- tion, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice of hearing, which publication shall be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are urgently requested to be in the Council Chamber at the City Hall at the time herein- above set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this hearing may continue from day to day until every interested party and citizen has had a full opportunity to be heard.
