ADOPTING THE FIFTH AMENDMENT
TO THE. CITY OF FORT WORTH'S ANNEXATION PLAN
WHEREAS on December 14 1999 the Crty Council approved Resolution No 2598
adopting an annexation plan for the City of Fort Worth m accordance with Section 43 052 of the
Texas Local Government Code;
WHEREAS, on October 29 2002, the City Council approved Resolution No 2884
adopting the third amendment to the City's annexation plan identif}nng approximately 7 744
acres referred to as the 287 Zone;
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 43 052(g) of the Texas Local Government Code, the
City may annex the 287 Zone for full purposes during the 30-day period beginning October 29
2005
WHEREAS, Two SR, L.P owner of 801 acres of land located north of Avondale Haslet
Road, east of Senders Ranch, south of John Day Road, and west of FM 156, has petitioned for
annexation of such property by the City of Fort Worth for the extension of the Sendera Ranch
development;
WHEREAS, the City Council established a timetable for the proposed voluntary
annexation of the 801 acres on April 8, 2003 (Mayor and Council Communication PZ 2474),
providing for institution of the annexation on May 20 2003 m accordance with Chapter 43
Subchapter C 1 of the Texas Local Government Code;
WHEREAS, the 287 Zone identified in the City's annexation plan on October 29 2002,
includes approximately 21 acres of the 801-acre tract owned by Two SR, L.P
WHEREAS, Two SR, L.P has requested that the City remove the 21-acre parcel from
the City's annexation plan so that the area can be annexed, together with the remainder of the
801-acre parcel, as an exempt annexation pursuant to the procedures set out in Chapter 43 of the
Local Government Code, Subchapter C 1
WHEREAS Section 43 052(e) provides that a municipality may amend its annexation
plan at any time to remove an area proposed for annexation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT WORTH
That the City's annexation plan is hereby amended to remove approximately 21 acres out
of M.E.P & P.R.R. Co Survey Abstract No 1132, Tarrant County Texas as shown on Exhibit
A and described in Exhibit `B" at the request of the property owner Two SR, L.P in order to
facilitate the voluntary annexation of such property

BEING a tract of land situated m the M.E.P & P.R.R. Co Survey Abstract Number
1132, Tarrant County Texas and being a portion of that certain tract of land described by
deed to Two SR, L.P as recorded in Volume 16328 Page 169 Deed Records, Tarrant
County Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows.
COMMENCING at the northwest corner of said Two SR, tract said point being in the
east City of Fort Worth City Limit Line as recorded m City of Fort Worth Ordinance
