RE S0 LI f� _ fiyv� A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT'THE CITY HALL.IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON MAY 13, 1974, AT 9:30 A. M, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO, 3011, WHICH IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CON- TINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPOR- TUNITY TO BE HEARD, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS. That at 9:30 o'clock A. M., the 13th day of MAY, 1974 the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at the City Hall for the purpose of con- sidering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter specified, Z-74-15 Lots 32 and 33, Pollard Estates (2416 and 2500 Pollard) Recommended from "A" One-Family to "C" Apartment Z-74-19 Lot 12, Block 7, Byers and McCart Addition (3145 McCart Street) Recommended from "B" Two-Family to "E-R" Restricted Commercial Z-74-42 Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 3, Chambers Addition (1405, 1409 and 1415 Kennedy Street) Recommended from "C" Apartment to "J" Light Industrial Z-74-60 A tract or parcel of land situated about three miles west of the courthouse in Tarrant Co., Texas out Qf the B. D. Alford Survey, embracing a portion of the tract conveyed to L. P. (Proposed River Ranch Blvd. north of Bellaire Drive South) Recommended from "A" One-Family to "F" Commercial That the proposed amendments and changes and this hearing will be held in accordance with the provisions of Article 1011A--1011K of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas. /"w► BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution when signed by the Mayor and published in the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of general circula- tion, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice of hearing, which publication shall be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are urgently requested to be in the Council Chamber at the City Hall at the time herein- above set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this hearing may continue from day to day until every interested party and citizen has had a full opportunity to be heard.
