Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, during the current Agreed Term of the Specified Schedule, the Declaration and Daily Usage Fee for Mobile 3 shall be as follows: Disaster Fees Declaration Fee Daily Usage Fee $5,000 $1,250 beginning day 31 2. With respect to footnote 5 and for illustrative purposes only, based on the Recovery Services set forth on the Specified Schedule as November 15, 2010, if Subscriber declares a Disaster for Mobile 3 and Network 1 simultaneously, then the $1,000 Declaration Fee for Network 1 shall be included in the $5,000 Declaration Fee for Mobile 3, for a total Declaration Fee of$5,000 for both configurations. Subscriber would also be responsible for a Daily Usage Fee of $100 beginning day 1 for Network 1 and an additional Daily Usage Fee of$1,250 beginning day 31 for Mobile 3. 3. In the event thaosubscriber declares a Disaster,a maximum of twenty-five percent (25%)of the Disaster Declaration Fee shall be applied toward each of the first four(4) days of the Daily Usage Fee, provided that the total amount applied does notexceed the Disaster Declaration Fee as provided in the Specified Schedule. 4. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth on the Specified Schedule, the Addendum to Schedule Number 3001339800 v.3.0 having an effective date of September 30, 2010 and a Subscriber execution date of September 23, 2010 shall remain in place and shall be deemed an Addendum to the Specified Schedule.
