That Ordinance No. 3085, passed June 10, 1953, as amended, which prescribes the services and rates cahich 5outhwestern Bell Telephone Company is authorized to provide and charge, be and is hereby amended by deleting �rom Section 2 the following: "Authority to charge for miscellaneous services and equipment the rates set out in the schedule of Miscellaneous Rates and Charges attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is also granted." and by substituting therefor the following: "Rates and charges for miscellaneous services and equipment shall remain as heretofore established except as superseded by those rates and charges contained in the Schedule of Miscellaneous 12a.tes and Charges attached hereto and made a part hereof." SECTION 2. That said Ordinance No. 3085, as amended, be and is hereby amended by deleting from Section 2 Four Party Residence Service-Flat Rate, Two Party Residence Service-Measured Rate and Residence Extension-Measured Rate. SECTION 3. That Section 1 of thi.s ordinance shall become effective on January 1, 1962; that the deletion of Four Party Residence Service-Flat Rate sha11 become effective on March 1, 1962; and that the deletion of �tao Party Resi- dence Service-Measured Rate and Residence Extension-Measured Rate shall become effective on March 1, 1962. SECTION 4. That nothing in this ordinance contained shall be canstrued now or hereafter as limiting or modifying, in any manner, the right and power of the City of kort Worth under the 1aw to regulate the rates and charges of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.
