OCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND FOR TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE, OR OTHER PURR. , THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE SIZE OF YARDS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES, OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION; AND FOR SAID PURPOSES TO DIVIDE THE MUNICIPALITY INTO DISTRICTS OF SUCH NUMBER, SHAPE AND AREA AS MAY BE DEEMED BEST BY FIXING DEFINITE USES OF THE BUILDINGS HEREINAFTER ERECTED IN SAID DESCRIBED AREAS FROM THE USES AS SHOWN ON THE MAPS CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE NO. 3011; PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00 FOR EACH OFFENSE; AND THAT EACH DAY THAT A VIOLATION IS PERMITTED TO EXIST SHALL CONSTITUTE A SEPARATE OFFENSE; AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 3011 be amended so that the following described uses in the hereinafter des- cribed areas be altered, changed and amended as follows to wit: No. 64-Z-40-CC: Lot 19-R, Block 5, North Meadowbrook Estates (1800 Blk. North Handley Drive @ Yolanda and Monterrey Drives) FROM "A" to "C" SECTION 2. The zoning regulations and districts, as herein established, have been made in accordance with the comprehensive plan for the purpose of promoting health, safety, morals, and the general wel- fare of the community. They have been designed to lessen congestion in the streets; to secure safety from fire, panic, flood and other dangers; to provide adequate light and air; to prevent overcrowding of land; to avoid undue concentration of population; to facilitate thealequate pro- vision of transportation, water, sewerage, parks and other public requirements. They have been made after a full and complete public hearing with reasonable consideration, among oter things, of the character of the district and its peculiar suitability for the particular uses and with a view of conserving the value of buildings and encouraging the most appropriate use of land through- out the community. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be cumulative of all other ordinances-of the City of Fort Worth affecting zoning and shall not repeal any of the provisions of said ordinances except in those instances where provisions of those ordinances are in direct conflict with the provisions of this ordinance. SECTION 4. Should any section, clause or provision of this ordinance be declared by the court to be invalid, be same shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part thereof, other than the part so declared to be invalid. SECTION 5. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five and No/100 Dollars ($5.00) nor more than Two Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day that a vioition is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 6. This Ordinance will take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as required by law. OFFICIAL RECORD RESOLUTIO N CITY SECRETARY P"Tf TEX. A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THECOUNCIL - HALL IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON MONDAY, MAY 4, 1964, AT 9:30 A.M. FOR THE PURPOSE OF CON- SIDERING PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, WHICH IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY; AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'PIE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: That at 9:30 o'clock A.M. Monday, the 4th day of May, 1964, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, which is the legislative body of said city will hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber of the City Hall for the purpose of considering recommended changes and amend- ments to Ordinance No. 3011, the comprehensive zoning plan ordinance of s, id city. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011 should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall he changed as hereinafter specified: No. 64-Z-40-CC: Lot 19-R, Block 5, North leadowbrook Estates (1800 31k. North Handley Drive 0 Yolanda and Monterrey Drives) RECOMMENDED FROM "A" TO "C" That the proposed amendments and changes and this hearing will be held in accordance with the provisions of Article 1011a-1011k of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution when signed by the Mayor and published in the offi- cial newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of general circulation, for three days, shall constitute a notice of hearing, one of which publications shall be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing and all interested parties are urgently requested to be inthe Council Chamber at tne City Hall at the time hereinabove set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur to them; and this hearing may continue from day to day until every interested party and citizen has had a full opportunity to be heard.
