IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS CHANGE ORDER, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL:
Change Order#1 to City Secretary Contract No. 48170 Contract with TRC Environmental Corporation for additional costs incurred
during asbestos sampling and lead-based paint sampling activities. The lead-based paint sampling activities utilized an X-ray
Fluorescence(XRF) handheld metals analyzer that provided high speed, non-destructive analysis and sorting of individual samples
under field conditions.
This Change Order is required per Purchasing due in order to increase the specific line item associated with the Village Creek
Centrifuge asbestos and lead evaluation.
All work to be performed in accordance with the Proposal Specifications.
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction
and represents in full(both time and money)for all costs arising out of, or incidental to,the above Change Order.
