AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND EXTINGUISHING PORTIONS OF
TWO ALLEYS AND PORTIONS OF EAST 4TH STREET, BELKNAP
STREET AND HOGG STREET, SITUATED IN THE REBECCA BRIGGS
SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 116, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS AS
SHOWN ON THE PLATS RECORDED IN VOLUME 63, PAGE 125 AND
VOLUME 32, PAGE 510 OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF TARRANT
COUNTY, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID
LAND; THE RETAINMENT OF EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENTS;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
SECTION l.
THAT the following alleys and streets described below:
1. Being that portion of East 4th Street situated in the Rebecca Briggs Survey,
Abstract No. 116, being part of Block 29, Moore Thornton and Company, an
addition to the City of Fol�t Worth, Tarrant County Texas; being as shown on
an unrecorded plat in Tanant County, Texas, containing 124 square feet of
land more or less;
2. Being that portion of a ten foot wide alley right-of-way, situated in the Live
Oak Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Wor�th, Tarrant County Texas;
being as shown on the plat as recorded in Volume 63, Page 125 of the Plat
Records of Tarrant County, Texas, containing 1,344 square feet (0.031 acre)
of land more or less;
3. Being portions of Hogg Street, East Belknap Street and a portion of a ten foot
wide alley, situated in the Live Oak Addition, an addition to the City of Fort
Woi�th, Tarrant County Texas; being as shown on the plat as recorded in
Volume 63, Page 125 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas,
containing 17,882 square feet (0.411 acre) of land more or less;
4. Being that portion of Hogg Street (foi�rnerly Weatherford Street) situated in
Block 1, Graingers Second Addition, , an addition to the City of Fort Worth,
Tarrant County Texas; being as shown on the plat as recorded in Volume 32,
Page 510 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas, containing 4,576
square feet (0.105 acre) of land more or less and as more specifically
described in Exhibits "A" through "H" attached hereto and incorporated
herein, by reference be and the same are vacated and extinguished

SECTION 2.
That the easements to the lands in the above-described vacated alleys and street rights-of-
way are hereby released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law whereupon the
easements shall be automatically extinguished.
SECTION 3.
That all existing utility easements shall be i•etained by the City until such time all utilities
located in the easements are relocated at the owner's expense.
SECTION 4.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5.
That this ordinance shall talce effect upon adoption.
