MULLIKEN SURVEY, ABSTRACT N0.1045, LOT 1, BLOCK 1 OF ASHLAND OIL ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, AND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 1,642 SQUARE FEET OR 0.038 ACRES OF LAND, AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 388-169, PAGE 81 OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF TARRANT COUNTY TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; THE RETAINMENT OF EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENTS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That a portion of Swift Street right of way situated in the Felix G. Mulliken Survey, Abstract Number 1045, as shown on the plat of Lot l, Block 1, Ashland Oil Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Volume388-169, Page 81 of the plat records of Tanant County, Texas, and containing, 1,642 square feet or 0.038 acres of land, and as more specifically described in Exhibits "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and the same is vacated and extinguished. SECTION 2. That the fee to the land in the above-described street right-of-way is released and shall revei-t to the adjacent owner as provided by law. SECTION 3. That all existing utility easements shall be retained by the City until such time all utilities located in that easement are relocated at the owner's expense. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption. MULLIKEN SURVEY, Abstract No. 1045, Fort Wor�h, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a portion of Swift Street, dedicated to the City of Fart Worth and shown on the plat of Lot 1, Block 1, Ashland Oil Addition, to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, recorded in Volume 388-169, Page 81, of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, and also shown on the plat of Williams and Harrison Addition, to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, recorded in Volume 678, Page 448, of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
