EXHIBIT A
ALLIANCE PARK
DETENTION AND DOWNSTREAM ASSESMENT
SCOPE OF WORK
July 11,2017
Scope amendment to evaluate the downstream impacts of the proposed development draining through
the proposed Alliance Park. The watershed was previously studied by Peloton land Solutions, but their
analysis did not consider the impacts of development on the areas immediately downstream of the
proposed park. Under this scope,FNI will evaluate the hydrologic impacts downstream of the park and
consider the feasibility of detention to mitigate these impacts.
Scope of Services:
1. Review hydrology models, reports, workmaps, and data prepared by Peloton land Solutions. It
is assumed these models are provided in complete form and in a timely manner.
2. Modify the existing and proposed Peloton models to correct for errors and to provide analysis
points at appropriate locations to consider detention and downstream impacts.
3. Model detention at up to two locations in the park to determine the size of the facilities
necessary to mitigate the impacts of the development.
4. Develop a technical memorandum discussing the methodology and the results of the hydrology
analysis.
S. Consider alternatives to detention to address downstream impacts based on the iSWM manual
criteria and perform conceptual calculations to determine the feasibility of their
implementation.
6. Develop a technical memorandum discussing these options and their feasibility.
7. Attend up to three meetings to present and discuss the findings of this scope.
