Kayser, City Secretary With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Pro tem Shingleton called the Fort Worth City Council Work Session to order at 3:03 p.m. on Tuesday, September, 2017, in City Council Conference Room 290 of the Fort Worth City Hall, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas. 1. Report of the City Manager—David Cooke, City Manager a. Changes to the City Council Agenda There were no changes to the City Council Agenda b.Upcoming and Recent Events Chief Rudy Jackson provided an update on the ongoing Hurricane Harvey relief efforts. Organizational Updates and Employee Recognition(s) Assistant City Manager Fernando Costa introduced Manya Shorr, the new Library Director. Mr. Costa also noted that the Neighborhood Services Department applied for and received a $300,000 grant from the Texas Veterans Commission to provide one time mortgage and rental assistance to veterans. d. Briefing on Approval of FY2018 Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Operating and Revenue Budget- Chris Poinsatte, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport 6. Briefing on Issuance of 52nd Supplemental D/FW Airport Revenue Bond Ordinance - Chris Poinsatte, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Mr. Chris Poinsatte, representing Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, briefed the Council on the FY 2018 Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Operating and Revenue Budget and the issuance of the 52nd Supplemental D/FW Airport Revenue Bonds. Both items will be on the Council's agenda this evening for action. 7. Briefing on 2018 Healthcare Plan Design - Brian Dickerson, Human Resources Department Mr. Brian Dickerson, Human Resources Department,provided and overview of the 2018 Healthcare Plan Design. 8. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports Council Member Bivens Report on the 60 and Better program. Council Member Byrd Report on the Burleson ordinance on Domestic Violence Council Member Moon Report on ordinance on prohibit roadway panhandling at signalized intersections and a report on what is being done about trailer parking on neighborhood streets. Council Member Flores Report on the Fort Worth Aviation Museum.
