A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING TO
DISCUSS AND REVIEW AN UPDATE OF LAND USE
ASSUMTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLANS
CONSIDERATION OF AMNEDMENTS TO SAME AND
AMENDMENT OF IMPACT FEES FOR WATER AND
WASTEWATER FACILITIES
WHEREAS in accordance with Chapter 395 of the Texas
Local Government Code a public hearing is required to
consider amendments to Land Use Assumptions Capital
Improvements Plans and associated impact fees for water and
wastewater facilities and
WHEREAS the City of Fort WortYi is considering
amendments to Land Use Assumptions Capital Improvements
Plans and associated impact fees for water and wastewater
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH TEXAS
A public hearing will be held at 10 00 a m on Tuesday
May 18 1999 in the City Council Chambers of the City of
Fort Worth 1000 Throckmorton Fort Worth Texas for the
purpose of considering the adoption amendments to Land Use
Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan for water and
wastewater pursuant to which an impact fee of fees may be
imposed Impact fees for water and wastewater will be
considered as well as the approval of an ordinance
establishing such fees will be requested Impact fees for
each category of facilities may be used to generate revenue
for funding or recouping the costs of water facilities and
wastewater facilities respectively or the expansion of
such facilities which are necessitated by and which are
attributable to new development
Any member of the public may appear at the public hearing
and present evidence for or against the approval of the Land
Use Assumptions Capital Improvements Plan and associated
impact fees
