Mr. Isaiah Smith, P.O. Box 163411, appeared before Council relative to the City's strategy for ending homelessness through transportation methods. Mr. Gerald Banks, Sr., 6861 Routt Street, appeared before Council relative to equality, justice, and the rights of all citizens residing in the City of Fort Worth. Mr. Randolph Rogers, 10312 Stoney Bridge Court, completed a Citizen Presentation card relative to water bill changes and smart meters and was recognized by Mayor Price but was not present in the Council Chamber.
