This is the first and only amendment request and will increase the contract upper limit to $322,109. As described in our letters of October 12 and March 30, the construction period was extended by 160 calendar days, resulting in additional construction phase services. The extended construction period resulted from three change orders, which we described in detail in our March 30 letter. These change orders were due to city-requested upgrades and unforeseen conditions and not due to design errors and omissions. We appreciate your consideration of this matter. If you have any questions or need further information, please call me at (214) 360-9929. Sincerely, *V . Darryl Corbin, P.E.
