NOTICE CONCERNING POSTPONEMENT OF FULL PURPOSE
ANNEXATION,EXTENSION OF LIMITED PURPOSE ANNEXATION AND
REQUEST FOR FULL PURPOSE ANNEXATION
The real property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herein, consisting of approximately 51.3 acres and being a portion of the Willow Springs
Ranch subdivision (the "Area") and the area known as the 287 Zone, was annexed for
limited purposes on January 7, 2003 in accordance with state law. (City of Fort Worth
Ordinance No. 15389).
On October 28, 2005, at the request of the majority of the landowners of the Area
and in accordance with Local Government Code Section 43.127, the Fort Worth City
Council authorized the execution of an agreement with the affected landowners to extend
limited purpose status for the Area and postpone full purpose annexation until no earlier
than January 1, 2009. The contracts are on file in the City Secretary's Office of the City
of Fort Worth.
The limited purpose annexation status of the Area will continue until the area is
annexed for full purposes. All ordinances described in the Regulatory Plan attached to
Ordinance No 15389 will be enforced. The City of Fort Worth will not provide police or
fire protection, road maintenance, emergency medical services or any other municipal
services to the Area until the Area is annexed for full purposes.
In accordance with state law and pursuant to a petition submitted by the
landowners in the Area requesting full purpose annexation, THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH MAY ANNEX THE AREA FOR FULL PURPOSES AT ANY TIME AFTER
JANUARY 1, 2009, WITH THE ANNEXATION DATE TO BE DETERMINED IN
THE CITY'S SOLE DISCRETION.
In accordance to Section 43.127, the terms of the written agreement are binding
on all existing and future owners of land in the Area. For additional information
concerning the annexation status of the Area, contact the City of Fort Worth
Development Director.

A parcel of land, being a portion of Willow Springs Ranch, an addition to Tarrant
County, Texas, according to plat recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 8425, of the Plat
Records, Tarrant County, Texas, being all of Lots 1 through 8, Block 1, and all of
Block 2, and all of Lots 15 through 24, Block 3, all of Willow Tree Drive, all of
Willow Tree Court, all of Willow Ranch Way, and all of Western Willows Drive,
east of the west line of said Lot 24, according to said plat, and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows,
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Block 2, also being the intersection
of the south right-of-way of Avondale Haslet Road, and the west right-of-way of
Willow Springs Road;
THENCE: with said west right-of-way, South 00 degrees 06 minutes 47 seconds
West, 1051.73 feet, to the southeast corner of said Lot 15;
