CONSIDERATION: Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged.
PROPERTY: A portion of Lot 1,Block 10R,FORT WORTH STOCKYARDS ADDITION to the
City of Fort Worth,Tarrant County,Texas(Property Tax Account#00973807)as more
particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Licensor, for the consideration paid to Licensor, hereby grants, bargains and conveys unto Licensee and
its Contractors, the use and passage in, over, and across, below and along the Property situated in Tarrant
County, Texas, in accordance with the temporary workspace and ingress and egress over Licensor's
property as shown in Exhibit"A"and more specifically described in Exhibit`B".
It is further agreed and understood that Licensee will be permitted the use of said Property for the purpose
of repairing a failed sanitary sewer serving the Central Utility Plant for the Cowtown
Coliseum. Licensee shall be obligated to restore the surface of the property at Licensee's sole cost and
expense, including the restoration of any sidewalks,driveways, parking lots or similar surface
improvements located upon or adjacent to the Property which may have been removed,relocated,altered,
damaged,or destroyed as a result of the Licensee's use of the Property granted hereunder.
This Agreement shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the start of construction, which is anticipated to
start on February 12,2018. Upon completion of improvements and its acceptance by Licensee, all rights
granted within the described Temporary Construction Access Agreement shall cease.

EXHIBIT B
Temporary Workspace
Temporary workspace is an area defined as a 56 foot wide by 56 foot long area, or approximately
3,136 square feet, noted as "Workspace"on Exhibit A and starting at the northwest corner of the
parking lot from the center of the north curb,the center of the west fence and including the
following parking spaces: 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36,42, 43.
Temporary Location for Dumpster
The Dumpster shall be moved from the location just north of parking space 32 and placed on the
west fence line prior to all parking spaces (#46).
Temporary Right of Entry
The temporary right of entry area shall be defined as the driveway extending from the south
entrance off of E. Exchange and extending north to the Temporary Workspace.
