F FFCQR�PQ 40 � cyto Sic o� Wd FIRST AMENDMENT TO - FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 49557 This Amendment is made between the City of Fort Worth ("FORT WORTH"), a municipal corporation, acting herein by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager and Jeff Cole Group, LTD ("Consultant"), acting herein through Jeff Cole, its duly authorized President. WHEREAS, FORT WORTH and Consultant entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 49557 ("Agreement") for a period beginning August 4, 2017, and ending September 30, 2018; and WHEREAS, FORT WORTH desires to amend the Agreement to allow Consultant to complete additional training for FORT WORTH; WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both FORT WORTH and Consultant to amend the Agreement to increase the total compensation under the Agreement to allow additional training and to outline the scope of the additional training; NOW THEREFORE,KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT: Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 49557 is hereby amended to be effective on February 5, 2018 by: 1. Increasing the total compensation included in Section 3 of the Agreement to be a total amount not to exceed $66,400.00; 2. Add the attached Exhibit A to the existing Exhibit A of the Agreement to outline the additional Services Consultant will provide and the pricing for the additional Services. Services will be performed at a specific time upon mutual agreement between the parties. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of said Agreement not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
