HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2057RESOLUTION NO ®~ A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS MAY 9 1995 AT 10 00 A M FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO 3011 AS AMENDED WHICH IS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH TEXAS That at 10 00 o clock A M Tuesday May 9 1995 the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes and amendments to Ordinance No 3011 as amended the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of said City The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No 3011 as amended should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter described • Z 94-080 ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH BEING ORDINANCE NO 301 1 AS AMENDED CODIFIED AS APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH (1986) AS AMENDED BY AMENDING SECTION 1 TO ADD DEFINITIONS OF ARTIFICIAL LOT DEVELOPMENT ENHANCED PAVEMENT GUIDELINES LANDSCAPE PERMIT LANDSCAPE PLAN LANDSCAPE POINTS AND NET SITE AREA RENUMBERING SECTION 18 SUBSECTION D SUPPLEMENTAL BUFFERYARD AND BUILDING SETBACK REQUIREMENTS AS SECTION 18 SUBSECTION E RENUMBERING SECTION 18 SUBSECTION E LOCATION REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO BARS IN F AND G COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS AS SECTION 18 SUBSECTION F CREATING A NEW SECTION 18 SUBSECTION D LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION REQUIREMENTS TO ESTABLISH PARKING LOT • Z 94-80 (Continued) LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION REQUIREMENTS PROVIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE CUMULATIVE PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE PROVIDING A PENALTY CLAUSE PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN PAMPHLET FORM PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE Z 94-112 Being a 13 21 acre tract of land situated in the Josiah Walker Survey Abstract No 1602 City of Fort Worth Tarrant County Texas and being a portion of a 126 13 acre tract of land owned by Forbes Development Corporation said 13 21 acre tract of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said 126 13 acre tract, said point being in the east right-of way line of Blue Mound Road • THENCE North 00° 17 -00 West, a distance of 890 00 feet along said east right-of way line THENCE North 89°-43 -00 East, a distance of 650 00 feet, THENCE South 00° 36 -44 West, a distance of 900 05 feet to the south line of said 126 13 acre tract; THENCE North 89° 16 West, a distance of 636 1 feet along said south line to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 13 21 acres of land Requested from OM Office Mid-Rise District to I Light Industrial (7200 Block Blue Mound Road) Z 95-022 Lot 16 Block 62 North Fort Worth Addition Recommended from C Multi-Family to E Commercial (1225 Lee Avenue) • Z 95-023 Lots 5 6 7 $ Block 14 Ryan-Pruitt Addition Recommended from B Two Family to I Light Industrial (2919-2929 Stuart Drive) Z 95-024 BEING a tract situated in the W W Thompson Survey Abstract Number 1498 City of Fort Worth Tarrant County Texas also being a portion of that certain tract of land described by deed to Bass Brothers Land Inc as recorded in Volume 6965 Page 1840 Deed Records Tarrant County Texas and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron road with a cap stamped Carter & Burgess found for the southwest corner of lot 42 block 152 Summerfields Phase Vlll Section 1 as recorded in volume 388-201 pages 26 & 27 Plat Records, Tarrant County Texas, also being in the east line of Waterside Trail a 50 foot wide right-of way THENCE N 79° 36 32 E, along a south line of said Summerfields Phase .
