A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PROPOSED TARIFF AND RATE
SCHEDULE OF TEXAS UTILITIES ELECTRIC COMPANY SUBMITTED TO
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND PROPOSED TO BE EFFECTIVE ON
JULY 11, 1994; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Texas Utilities Electric Company ("TUEC") did, on June 6,
1994, file a petition and Statement of Intent to
implement proposed tariffs on July 11, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") is a regulatory authority
having a statutory duty to participate in such
proceedings and whose citizens will be substantially
affected by the rates and tariffs established as a result
of such proceedings; and
WHEREAS after having considered the petition of TUEC at a public
hearing, it is the opinion of the City Council of the
City that such proposed tariffs should be approved as
submitted by TUEC
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS
SECTION I The four (4) tariffs filed by TUEC with the
City of Fort Worth on June 6, 1994, supported by a one-volume rate
filing package containing a copy of TUEC's Petition and Statement
of Intent before the Public Utility Commission of „Texas, including
testimony that explains and supports the approval of proposed
tariffs, are in all things approved for implementation by TUEC
SECTION II The City Secretary shall cause copies of this
Resolution to be sent to TUEC representative

SECTION III If TUEC accepts an ordinance or order from any
city or government agency in a future rate case, or enters into any
customer contract, that provides that the revenue requirement to be
paid by TUEC's customers should be reduced on account of imputed
revenues in excess of those actually received from the charges
under the above-mentioned rates and tariffs, then the rates of
TUEC's customers in this City shall thereafter also be set taking
into account the effect of such imputed revenues, applied on a TUEC
system-wide basis
SECTION IV This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage
