TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT No. 48082 �� C{ZV CF FORT WbR� r�; PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGRE914 rNT CITYSECRETARY b WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and Woolpert, Inc, an architecture, engineering and geospatial firm, (CONSULTANT) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 48081, (the CONTRACT) which was authorized by M&C P-11908 on August 10, 2016 in the amount of $ 408, 495; and WHERE-AS, the CONTRACT was subsequently revised by Amendment No. 1 in the amount of $0.00 (zero dollars) but for the purpose of extending the term of the Contract for continued services pursuant to the original Contract for an additional year; and was administratively authorized on October 18, 2017. WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves engineering services for the purpose of closed-circuit television stormwater pipe assessment and data analysis services; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 2 to the CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work and revised fee. NOW THEREFORE, CITY and CONSULTANT, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement, which amends the CONTRACT: 1. Article I of the CONTRACT is amended to include the additional engineering services specified in a proposal, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The cost to City for the additional design services to be performed by Engineer totals $55, 700. (See Attached Funding Breakdown Sheet, Page -3-) 2. Article II of the CONTRACT is amended to provide for an increase in the fee to be paid to CONSULTANT for all work and services performed under the Contract, as amended, so that the total fee paid by the City for all work and services shall be an amount of $474,195. 3. This scope of work includes processing CCN data provided to Woolpert and scoring that data. The data to process is approximately 90G6 of field data collected by various CCN contractors. The files are labeled as"C FW—Condition Assessment" and contain approximately 90 hours of CCN data in approximately 490 video files. The City would also like to have Woolpert review their available budget for 2018 and 2019 and provide memo of recommendations on how best to utilize the available budget dollars. Work to be performed is described in the following tasks: Task 1 - Review and Score Stormwater System CCTV Woolpert will review and score no more than 95 hours of CCN contained in no more than 500 video files. These files were previously delivered to Woolpert on a portable hard drive in a folder labeled "C FW—Condition Assessment". Woolpert will score the CCN video using NASSCO PACP protocol and deliver the scaring data to the City in their IT Pipes cloud environment. Deliverables: 1. NA55CD PACP scored CCN files in the City's IT Pipes environment 2. List of any videos that could not be scored due to video quality or other tech nicai issues beyond the control of Woolpert Assumptions: 1. Woolpert will score as many/much of the CCN data as possible, but if a CCTV file is determined to not be of high enough quality that file will not be scored. 2. No more than 95 hours contained within no more than 500 video files will be scored. Additional CCTV data scoring will require additional scope/fee. 3. City of Fort Worth will provide access to G15 data and other documents requested by Woolpert City of Fort worth,TX 1 ►■■ City of Fort Worth,Tx 15tormwater System Condition Assessment/CCTV WOOLPEPT Task 2 - Budget Utilization Memo Woolpert will review 2018 and 2019 budget information provided by the City of Fort Worth and using this information provided a memo containing budget utilization recommendations. Recommendations will be related to the overall program development and may cover topics such as how to have a sustainable program, asset condition assessment work and/or R&R related activities. Deliverables: 1. Draft Budget Utilization Memo 2. Facilitate one(1)work session to discuss recommendations and answer questions that City of Fort Worth senior staff members may have 3. Final Budget Utilization Memo Assumptions: 1. Woolpert will use budget information for 2018 and 2019 provided by Fort Worth and institutional knowledge of the City's programs and goals. 2. The work session will be a remote meeting with a duration of not to exceed two(2) hours. No on-site time is planned for this effort. 3. Recommendations will only concern budget years 2018 and 2019. 4. Woolpert will provide one draft memo and based on the work session will revise the memo to a final version.
