SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 10
TO
AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS
WITHIN A MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of September , 19 93 , an Agreement
for the Installation and Reimbursement for the Operation and Maintenance of Traffic Signals
within a Municipality was entered into by and between the Texas Department of Transportation,
hereinafter called the"State," and the City of Fort Worth , hereinafter
called the"City," and subsequently identified the agreement as contract No. 19811 ;
and
WHEREAS, the parties to this agreement have mutually determined that it is necessary to
amend the original agreement due to the following reasonlreasons:
NOW, THEREFORE, Contract No. 19811 is amended as follows:
EXHIBIT 1
EXHIBIT 1 is amended to add the traffic signal installation at the intersection of
IH 30 amp) and Henderson St.
A copy of the revised EXHIBIT 1 is attached hereto and made a part of this agreement.
Article 4. Compensation
The maximum amount payable under this agreement is increased from $ 147,372.00
per year to $ 148,872.00 per year in accordance with the above changes. Calculations for
the increase/decrease to the maximum amount payable are as follows:
AMOUNT OF THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT $ 1,500.00
ORIGINAL MAXIMUM AMOUNT PAYABLE PER YEAR $ 113.484.00
TOTAL PREVIOUS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS $ 33.888.00
REVISED MAXGMUM AMOUNT PAYABLE PER YEAR $ 148 872.00

ARTICLE 5. Payment
The amount of this supplemental agreement shown above shall be a prorated amount based on the
cost for the type of installation calculated on EXEiIBIT 3 of the original agreement and any
increases or decreases caused by any subsequent supplemental agreements. The(monthly/
quarterly/annual) payment shall be adjusted accordingly.
All other terms or conditions are unchanged and remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE PARTIES HAVE EXECUTED DUPLICATE
COUNTERPARTS TO EFFECTUATE THIS AGREEMENT.

Actuated Signals at conventional intersections (cross)
intersections shall be reimbursed at $1, 704 . 00 per intersection
per year.
Calculations : $142 . 00/mo . X 12 months = $1, 704 . 00/yr.
Diamond Interchange Signals with one controller shall be
reimbursed at $1, 824 . 00 per intersection per year.
Calculations: $152 . 00/mo. X 12 months = $1, 824 . 00/yr.
Diamond Interchange signals with two or more controllers shall be
reimbursed at $3, 000 . 00 per intersection per year.
Calculations : $250. 00/mo. X 12 months = $3, 000 . 00/yr.
Sign Mounted Flashers shall be reimbursed at $300 . 00 per unit per
year.
Calculations : $25. 00/mo. X 12 months = $300. 00/yr.
Half-Diamond (Tee) intersections shall be reimbursed at $1, 500 . 00
per year.
Calculations: $125. 00/mo . X 12 months = $1, 500 . 00/yr.
