FIRST RENEWAL OF AND AMENDMENT TO MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT -
MINERAL LEASE MANAGEMENT,DEPOSITORY,AND TRUST SERVICES
This FIRST RENEWAL OF AND AMENDMENT TO MASTER SERVICES
AGREEMENT - MINERAL LEASE MANAGEMENT, DEPOSITORY, AND TRUST
SERVICES ("Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT
WORTH (the "City") and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ("Wells
Fargo").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City and Wells Fargo entered into and executed a Master Services
Agreement - Mineral Lease Management, Depository, and Trust Services, the same being Fort
Worth City Secretary Contract No. 45281 (the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for an initial term of five years and two, two-year
renewal options; and
WHEREAS, the current term of the Agreement expires April 13, 2018; and
WHEREAS, recently effective Texas law requires all City contracts include language
addressing boycotts of Israel by contracting entities; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to renew and extend the Agreement for a two-year renewal
period and to add language required under Texas law.
NOW,THEREFORE,the City and Wells Fargo do hereby agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
I.
That Article VI, "Miscellaneous," is amended to add a new Paragraph 29 to read as
follows:
Wells Fargo acknowledges that in accordance with Chapter 2270 of the
Texas Government Code, City is prohibited from entering into a contract
with a company for goods or services unless the contract contains a
written verification from the company that it: (1) does not boycott Israel;
and (2) will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract. The terms
h6 ,�� "boycott Israel" and "company" shall have the meanings ascribed to those
terms in Section 808.001 of the Texas Government Code. By signing this
N �G��VE� v Amendment, Wells Fargo certifies that its signature provides written
R ��verification to the City that Wells Fargo and any wholly owned
409222�18 ry subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company, or affiliate of
�\�i Wells Fargo, except to the extent otherwise required by ap livable

federal law, including, without limitation, 50 U.S.C. Section 4607 (1) do
not boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the term of the
Agreement, as amended and extended.
II.
That Pursuant to Article III, "Term," Wells Fargo and the City of Fort Worth hereby
renew and extend the Agreement for an additional period of two years, beginning April
14, 2018, and ending April 13, 2020.
III.
All provisions of the Agreement not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force
and effect throughout the first renewal period.
