A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLTC HEARING TO BE HELD o ~J
IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNTCIPAL BUILDING
IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON, APRIL 13, 1993,
AT 10:00 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE
PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE N0.
3011, A5 AMENDED, WHICH IS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE Or SAID CITY, AND PRO'IDING THAT SAID HEARING

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
That at. 10:00 U'clock A.M., Tuesday, Apri]. 13, 1993 the City
Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body
of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers
at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes
and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of said e~ity. The purpose of
said hearina_ is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No.
3011, as amended, should be amended so that the zoning
r..;lassifica.t.ion ~~f the following areas shall be changed as
hereinafter described.
• Z-93-007 Bei"ng a part of a tract of land out of the G.M. Pettit
Survey Abstract No. 1235, Fort Worth, Tarrant County,
Texas, as conveyed to Martha V. Leonard and being more
pari..tcularly described as follows=

considered accordance with the provisions of Chapter 211 of the
Texas Local Government Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution, when published in
the official newspaper of the City of Fort ~Jorth, which is a
paper of general circulation, one (1) time, shall constitute a
notice of hearing, which publication shall be made at least
fifteen (15) days prior to ~~uch hear i rig , ar~d a.l.l i nt.erested
parties are urgently requested to be i.n the i::ouncil Chambers at.
the Municipal Building at the time hereinabo~ve sEt forth to make
any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this
