A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD
IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING
IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, ON JUNE 15, 1993, AT
10:00 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE
PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE N0.
3011, AS AMENDED, WHICH IS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING
MAY CONTIIVUr rROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED
PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD Ar'ULL uPPORTUNITY TC BE
HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY `I'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH,
TEXAS:
~ha~ at 10:00 ~~'ciock A.M., Tuesday, rune ~5, 1993, the City
Council of the City of ~~ort Worth, which is the legislative body
of said City, will hold a public hearing ir: the Council Chambers
at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes
and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of said City. The purpose of
said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No.
3011, as amended, should be amended so that the zoning
classification of the following areas shall be changed as
heL-einafter described.
Z-92-087 BEING a tract of land out of the X. r. Largent Survey,
Abstract Ivo. 960, Tarrant County, Texas, said tract
being a part of a Bract as conveyed to Riverbend
General Partnership by deed recorded in Volume 8046,
Page 994 of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas
and being tied to the Texas State Coordinate Systems
North Central Zone, using a combined grid and elevation
factor of 0.9998699 and being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGIivNING at the northwest re-entrant corner of the
said Riverbend tract being in the north line of the
said Largent Survey, and being the northwest corner of
Lot 9, Block 3, Riverbend West Business Park as shown
by plat recorded in Volume 338-205, pages 56 through 58
• of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas and said

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution, when published in
:.he official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a
paper of general circulation, one ~i} time, shall constitut a
notice of nearing, whicr~ publication shall be made at least
fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested
parties are urgently requested to be in the Council ~r,ambers at
the Municipal Building at the time hereinabove set forth 'CO make
any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this
hearing may continue from day to day until every interested
party and citizen has had a full opportunity to be heard.
