TEXAS, NOVEMBER 9, 1993, AT 10:00 A.M., FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE N0. 3011, AS AMENDED, WHICH IS THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CONTINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: That at 10:00 O'clock A.M., Tuesday, November 9, 1993, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes. and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of said City. The purpose of • said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordinance No. 3011, as amended, should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter described. Z-93-037 Lot 16, Block 14, Ryan South Addition Recommended from "E" Commercial to "PD/SU" for all uses in "E" and overnight parking of a dump truck (3031 Ryan Avenue) Z-93-046 Lots 12A and 12B, Block 3, Bell Industrial District Recommended from "AG" Agricultural to "K" Heavy Industrial (10728 S. Pipeline Road) Z-93-065 Lots 5-7, Block 14, Factory Place Addition Recommended from "E'° Commercial to "I" Light Industrial (402.0 West Vickery Boulevard) .~:. ' Z-93-071 BEING a 20.891 acre tract of land situated in the Jerry Burnett Survey, Abstract No. 1923, and the J. H. Shultz Survey, Abstract No. 1941, Tarrant County, Texas, said • 20.891 acre tract of land being a portion of a tract described by deed to Crawford 0. Roberts Survey, Abstract #1262, situated in Tarrant County, Texas, and being more particularly a portion of that certain tract conveyed to E. T. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution, when published in the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which ,is a paper of general circulation, one (1} time, shall constitute a • notice of hearing, which publication shall be made at lEast fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are urgently requested to be in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building at the time hereinabove set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this hearing may continue from day to day until every interested party and citizen has had a full opportunity to be heard.
