Chdrew MEL G-9821 Council Member Chappell requested that Mayor and Council Communication No. G-9821 be withdrawn from the consent agenda. OCS-454 There was ili ty Bonds or ~ presented Mayot and Council Communication No. OCS-454 from ove the cancella- the Office of the City Secretary recommending that the City Council authorize the acceptance of liability bands or approve the cancellation of liability bands, with cancellation to remain in full force and effect for all work performed prior to date of eancellati on.
