Dear Bryan:
Pursuant to recent our recent conversations, I am forwarding a proposal for additional services related to
work elements not included in our original or subsequently amended scope. These items include
reimbursement for redesign of infield irrigation and layout of field lines and grass, and adding the new
Oncor easement into our plat work.
Added costs are as follows:
Redesign of Ballfields $ 1,330.00
Addition of Oncor Easement to Plat $ 1,375.00
Total $ 2,705.00
If this proposal meets with your approval, please initiate preparation of a contract amendment at your
convenience. Please call if you have any questions concerning any of the items herein or specifically
omitted.
Sincerely,
The Landscape Alliance
